A website is an important business element, and getting a website designed and developed can come with a large up-front cost that many new or small businesses may have a hard time covering. To help with these costs, we’ve decided to offer website leasing – payment plans to help our already affordable pricing structure be a bit more affordable. Instead of paying for the full cost of your website design and development up front, our leasing program includes a small deposit, with the balance of your costs paid on a monthly plan for a 2-year period. We want to make having a website affordable for everyone’s business.
The only difference between our normal packages and our leasing packages is that you don’t have to pay the full cost up-front!

Tracker Designs, LLC holds the legal copyright to any site that is leased.
You will own your domain name. Tracker Designs, LLC will be listed as the Registrant and all contacts during the lease agreement strictly as any managerial party. Upon cancellation of your services, your domain name will be transferred to your control, as long as there are no open invoices of lease payments for services.
Yes, our servers are monitored and firewalls are configured. We also add security modules to the site and monitor suspicious activities.
We offer these options as part of an add-on package. It includes a SSL Certificate, SEO and Mobile. The package is $15/month.
We offer these options as part of an add-on package as well. We offer Unlimited Updates for $25/month.
Yes, you will be shown how to update the site yourself. We will offer basic training on how to manage your new site.
Our office hours are Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm. Minor updates and content or images additions will be done during those hours. Any major issues would be addressed based on the issue at hand.
